The 2023 International Stroke Conference (ISC) has been held in Dallas, Texas, USA from February 8th-10th, 2023, in the form of a mixed online and offline meeting, and was hosted by the American Heart Association (AHA)/American Stroke Association (ASA).

The International Stroke Conference is one of the largest academic conferences devoted to the science and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in the world, attracting thousands of stroke and cerebrovascular experts and relevant people from all over the world.
