Description
GSB0010 is GSB0009 covalently linked to Horseradish Peroxidase(HRP). GSB0009 specific to procalcitonin(PCT) can be used in different kinds of immunoassays, such as Western blot, ELISA, gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA) and time-resolved immunofluorometric assay (TRIFMA).
GSB0009 is produced from the hybridoma which is fusion of Sp2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma and B-lymphocytes obtained from mouse. After hundreds of selection cycles, our researchers successfully isolated an antibody against PCT with high specificity and sensitivity.
