Description
GSB0008 is GSB0007 covalently linked to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP).GSB0007specific to procalcitonin (PCT)can be used in different kinds of immunoassays, such as Western blot, ELISA, gold immunochromatographic assay(GICA) and time-resolved immunofluorometric assay(TRIFMA).
GSB0007 is produced from the hybridoma which is fusion of Sp2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma and B-lymphocytes obtained from mouse. After hundreds of selection cycles, our researchers successfully isolated an antibody against PCT with high specificity and sensitivity.
