Description
GSB0006 specific to ractopamine (Rac) can be used in different kinds of immunoassays, such as ELISA and gold immunochromatographic assay.
As an immunogen, Rac is poorly immunogenic, so it needs to be conjugated to KLH or some other carrier. GSB0006 is produced from the hybridoma which is fusion of Sp2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma and B-lymphocytes obtained from mouse. After hundreds of selection cycles, our researchers successfully isolated an antibody against Rac with high specificity and sensitivity.
