Description
GSB0004specific to clenbuterol (CL) can be used in different kinds of immunoassays, such as ELISA andgold immunochromatographic assay(GICA).
As an immunogen, CL is poorly immunogenic, so it needs to be conjugated to KLH or some other carrier. GSB0004 is produced from the hybridoma which is fusion of Sp2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma and B-lymphocytes obtained from mouse. After hundreds of selection cycles, our researchers successfully isolated an antibody against CL with high specificity andsensitivity.
