Description
GSB0003 is GSB0001 covalently linked to biotin. GSB0001 specific to six histidine tags can greatly improve the effectiveness of several different kinds of immunoassays, such as ELISA, Western blot and Dot blot.
As an immunogen, 6×His-tag is poorly immunogenic, so it needs to be conjugated to KLH or some other carrier. GSB0001 is produced from the hybridoma which is fusion of Sp2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma and B-lymphocytes obtained from mouse. After hundreds of selection cycles, our researchers successfully isolated an antibody against His-tag with high specificity and sensitivity.

GSB0003 is produced by GSB0001 (biotin-coupled). The monoclonal antibody GSB0001 is produced by mice immunizing with synthetic peptide HHHHHH coupled to KLH.

Working concentration for specific applications should be determined by the end user. The appropriate concentration may be affected by many factors, such as secondary antibody affinity, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, incubation duration etc. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined.

Western blot analysis of several his-tag proteins (lane2-lane6), using similar product of a well-known manufacturer( Figure. A) or our product GSB0001 (Figure. B). Lane 1 is added with 293T cell lysate. The antibody dilutions are both 1:2000. GSB0003 is produced by GSB0001 (biotin-coupled).
